Ashell is a new user to the game and is applying to join the guild.  I haven't met him in-game yet but he is an itani.

As for joining the guild, see if you can contact/meet one of our member's in game..  Someone is usually listening to channel 11 so that's a good place to check (use /j 11 to switch).

Also to join [Itan] you'll need to be a paying subscriber to Vendetta.
