They were deleted by the Thought Police administration. As to the current poll, it just says "What do you think should happen to Jestatis Bess?". One of the options is "Nothing (I feel JB did nothing wrong)". So it assumes nothing. So far, nobody has charged you with anything.

1) should have been left a tie

2) RP reasons are not valid reasons to change counts.  Separate RP from guild administration in your mind please.

As Harpo said, the vote should have been left a tie--what is so harmful about holding a quick two-day tiebreaker vote?
